UK SPORT RECOGNISE EIGHT INNOVATION PARTNERS
UK Sport have announced eight industry and university sector organisations that are to receive Innovation Partner status in recognition of their ongoing support of UK Sport's Research and Innovation team since its establishment in 2004.
British cyclists claim nine World titles

The British Cycling team topped the medal table in taking nine of 18 gold medals available at the World Track Cycling Championships in Manchester, concluding arguably one of the best ever performances by a British team at a World Championships in any sport.

Final preparations are underway at the Manchester Evening News (MEN) Arena ahead of next week's World Short Course Swimming Championships – an event UK Sport is supporting with £950,000 of National Lottery funding through its World Class Events Programme.
